Meet the Team

Our team is made up of highly experienced and knowledgeable coaches eager to support you in your fitness journey! Each of them is incredibly approachable and happy to help you scale or substitute any movements to accommodate your ability level and any existing injuries. We like to think they’re a pretty fun crew too!

Lucas Edwards
Lucas EdwardsHead Coach and Personal Trainer
Lucas is RTB’s head coach and wears many hats! He’s a bootcamp coach, strength coach, personal fitness trainer, and creates our bootcamp and strength programming specifically tailored to our members. When it comes to training, Lucas keeps it simple and effective. ⁠His main focus is body composition and muscle building.

Lucas is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and is also certified by the American College of Sports Medicine. He has worked in the industry for roughly five years and brings a wealth of knowledge to the RTB team and his clients.

Fun Fact: His favorite way to relax is with a hot cup of tea.

Carole’s our early bird bootcamp coach. She’s a passionate coach that brings the spirit of camaraderie in her class. Nothing motivates her more than seeing you succeed.
She brings it all to you in class; warm ups, drills, strength training, AMRAP, EMOM, chippers, circuits and so much more! You can be guaranteed to never get bored with your class workouts at RTB.
Fun Fact: Carole started Moncton’s Roller Derby league the Muddy River Rollers @mrrollerderby

Meet Joleen, she is our Saturday morning Olympic Lifting instructor. She’s been a competitive CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting athlete for 6+ years and a personal trainer for 5 of those years. You can count on her to bring a loud & positive energy to class.
An ideal day for JJ is full of pizza, donuts, good vibes and grinding out in barbell and kettlebell workouts with heavy lifting.
Fun Fact: She’s a proud fur-mama to a golden bear named Hux and a very bratty & loving wife to Nat

Maria is a bootcamp coach and an avid early riser, you can almost always catch her at a 6am class. This mom of 3 has a passion for gymnastics, running and nutrition. She loves to compete and to motivate others to achieve their goals.
Fun Fact: Maria loves scary movies, the scarier the better!

Pam is your favorite Saturday morning bootcamp coach! She strives to make a fun team workout that will have you smiling and feeling energised for the start of your weekend.
Pam loves to see new faces in her class, so don’t be shy if you want to join in. She will bring you RTB’s fun loving vibes. So if you’ve never been to a Saturday morning bootcamp before we strongly encourage you to try this one!
Fun Fact: Pam was on the YTV show Uh-Oh when she was a kid as Potato Pam!
Jeremy Orr
Jeremy OrrCoach
Jeremy has been involved in many sports, but boxing is his main passion. He has been boxing for 15 years, coaching for the last 2. He coaches kids, teens, and adults in Olympic style boxing.

Jeremy loves coaching new people and their willingness to challenge themselves to new things. Expect Jeremy to challenge you with upper body endurance, self defense, as well as proper punch technique.

Fun fact: Jeremy trained in Pro Wrestling! He loves the crowd and Royal Rumbles are his favorite types of matches.

Dave juggles fatherhood, barbells, and lines of code. Fitness fiend that lifts moderately heavy weights or heavy IT issues – depending on the day. When not writing lines of code, you can catch him in the hockey/ringette rink cheering on his kids. Living the dad life one squat at a time.
