Yes! The entire gym is open to our members. The only thing to note is if you are coming in on your own during class times, class members have priority over equipment; but we are really good at sharing!
We do not offer daycare services on-site, but we do have a very comfy lounge/kitchen area for the kids to hang out while you get your workout in. We also have free Wi-Fi for all of our members, so your kids can take advantage of this time and catch up on their episodes of Spongebob Squarepants!
You can cancel your membership, you can simply email us at info@raisethebarfitness.ca and let us know! We require 14 days notice for all membership cancellations; less than 14 days will incur a small service fee of $25.
We use FLiiP to allow our members to sign up for classes. One of our coaches will be happy to walk you through the website and/or mobile app!
After signing up for your membership, there 2 convenient ways to access FLiiP. The web version of FLiiP can be found here: https://raisethebarfitness.fliipapp.com/
There is also a downloadable app that makes this process easier and faster!

Once you are logged in to FLiiP, you can reserve your spot to any class. One important thing to note is that you must reserve your spot at least 1 hour prior to attending a class.
Classes have a maximum of 10 people to ensure our coaches are able to give as much personalized attention as possible.
Our classes are designed to be efficient and effective, lasting just one hour. To ensure we make the most of this time, classes start promptly. Please arrive a few minutes early if you need to change beforehand.
Each class begins with a group warm-up and activation drills to get you ready. The core of our classes includes a strength component and a daily workout. The strength exercises vary daily and weekly, featuring movements like back squats, bench presses, deadlifts, barbell rows, and free weights.
Workouts range from 10 to 30 minutes and incorporate various styles such as EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute), AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible), timed workouts, chippers, and circuits. This variety keeps our workouts engaging and ensures you’re always challenged in new and exciting ways.
